Tips When Collecting Parcels

Verify Collection Details

  • Know the Pickup Location: Confirm the exact address of the collection point or service desk.
  • Check the Time: Ensure you know the collection times, especially if the courier service has limited hours or deadlines.
  • Bring copy of Service Request Form: Have the parcel tracking ID or reference number ready for quick retrieval.

Carry Identification

  • Have Valid ID: Most couriers require an official ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport, or national ID) to release parcels.
  • Bring proof for Collection Authorization: If collecting on someone’s behalf, ensure you have their written permission and a copy of their ID.
